More experienced & will have larger clientele.
Designer
Will be able to help you design with confidence your image, they will usually be involved in the assistant training& help in the running of the salon.
Senior Designer
Will be highly skilled in all aspects of the industry. Usually very involved in the running of the salon and/or staff training (we do not give this title lightly!).
Artistic Director
Will have excellent knowledge skill & experience. Often will consult with other team members/clients. If you want to treat yourself to a new look or need a six weekly recharge, then an Artistic Director is a superb investment.
Senior Artistic Director
Extremely knowledgeable and skilled team member. Contributes to training the rest of the team & will have been a long standing team member - demand is high, so book early!
